Job Description:
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
ServiceNow Certified Administrator is required
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is required
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist is a plus
ServiceNow Implementation Experience
Intermediate/expert knowledge of Flow Designer
Full understanding of REST API’s and experience utilizing them within ServiceNow
Experience building custom integrations within the ServiceNow platform
Intermediate/Expert knowledge of Data Sources, Scheduled Imports, and advanced Transform Maps (scripted field mappings)
Experience with UI Pages for integration interfacing (if needed)
Experience with Data Migrations that require custom mapping solutions
Familiarity with CSDM Best Practices to standardize integrated data where possible.
A good understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and able to clearly communicate with customers and others best practices.
Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling.
Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective ServiceNow solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows
Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform
Create required Reporting and Dashboards within ServiceNow
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes
Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation
Review work of development team
Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Communicate and enforce coding standards
Be accountable to ensure practice deliverables to customers are complete, consistent, of high quality, on time and deliver benefits
Ability to coach and mentor
Maintain career development, education, and certification commensurate with the requirements of the practice strategy
